About the Role & Team

As an Influencer & Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing brand awareness for waterdrop® across CEE markets. Your main focus will be the strategic management of relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and our community. This is a mid-level role focused on streamlining influencer processes, utilizing automation, analytics, and close cooperation with the marketing team and agency partners.

You will join the team alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Specialist, led by our Head of Growth.

What will be your main responsibilities?

Influencer & Ambassador Management

• Sourcing, outreach, negotiation of terms, contractual securing, and onboarding of influencers and brand ambassadors for CEE markets (actively Czechia, Slovakia, Poland).

• Hands-on implementation of the program in the initial phase and its gradual scaling across the region, including building and managing local specialists in key markets (e.g. Poland, Hungary) who will handle influencer collaborations locally.

• Creating briefs for campaigns and approving content.

Community Activation and Development

• Building and activating the waterdrop® community, developing ambassador relationships.

• Organizing community initiatives, activities, and events that strengthen brand loyalty, which you will participate in yourself.

Social Media Management (Facebook & Instagram)

• Daily content publishing, community moderation, and responding to comments and messages on official profiles (in cooperation with the Social Media Specialist).

Campaign Execution & Content Creation

• Preparation and distribution of email campaigns and newsletters.

• Coordination with agencies and the internal design team to ensure consistent execution across channels.

Performance Tracking, Reporting & Budget

• Tracking and evaluating promo codes, UTM parameters, and ROI.

• Managing the budget for influencer and community marketing, preparing monthly performance reports.

Process Efficiency & Coordination

• Optimizing operational procedures and leveraging automation and AI tools.

• Participating in weekly meetings, event planning, and launching new products onto the marke

• Previous experience in a similar role in influencer marketing and community management.

• Creative mindset, fresh ideas, and a drive for innovation.

• Analytical mindset – ability to work with data (UTM, promo codes, ROI) and manage budget.

• Experience with social media management (Facebook, Instagram) and email marketing.

• Ability to work with automation and an interest in modern AI tools.

• Positive attitude towards the waterdrop® brand, sustainability, and a healthy lifestyle.
