Influencer Management Intern

As an Influencer Management Intern, you will transition from a traditional consumer into an industry insider. This role is designed to scale down the complexities handled by our Senior Executives, giving you hands-on experience in executing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns. Guided by our experienced specialists, you will leverage AnyMind's cutting-edge AI platform (AnyTag) to discover talent, coordinate collaborations, and track campaign performance for leading local and global brands.

What You'll Do

• Talent Scouting & Research: Learn to utilize AnyMind's proprietary tools to research, discover, and shortlist suitable Influencers/KOLs across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Campaign Coordination: Support the team in reaching out to influencers or their managers to check availability, negotiate initial rate cards, and distribute creative briefs.
• Content Quality Control: Assist in reviewing draft contents (videos, imagery, captions, and tags) created by influencers to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Collect metrics and campaign data (views, engagement rates, clicks) to compile structured performance reports for clients.
• Trend Analysis: Stay highly updated on social media trends, viral challenges, and emerging creators to contribute innovative ideas during team brainstorming sessions.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (open to all passionate fields).
• Deep understanding of the mechanics of social media platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram Reels) and a strong familiarity with the Thai influencer landscape.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and confident in reaching out to new people and maintaining relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, critical for proofreading contents and maintaining accurate campaign tracking sheets.
• Native fluency in Thai with a good working command of English (verbal and written) to thrive in an international business environment.
