What you'll do:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with creators — from nano to macro — based on audience fit and performance potential.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and agency relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within commercial terms.
  • Partner with Creative and Legal to align briefs, messaging, and compliance requirements across all activations.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and feed learnings back into the influencer strategy to continuously improve results.

    • Who we're looking for:

  • You are fluent in both English and German.
  • You have completed a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, communication, marketing, or a similar field.
  • You bring at least three years of proven experience in influencer marketing.
  • You have a deep understanding of German social media platforms and audience behaviors.
  • You're driven and passionate about making an impact, with a data-driven, analytical mindset.
  • You work independently, taking initiative and managing projects with a structured, self-reliant approach.
  • You communicate with confidence and are committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
