Position Description:

We are looking for an Information Security Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Cybersecurity or a closely related field and at least two years of experience in identity and access management or a related field. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule available after 30 days of employment.

Typical responsibilities include:

Administer user account and access privileges in the organization’s identity management system

Partner with IT and People Services to ensure appropriate access to systems and resources.

Responsible for day-to-day administration of the Okta Identity & Access Management system

Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of identity and access management solutions

Enable single sign-on across business applications

Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues

Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and efficiency

Coach other members of the organization on the best practices that should be followed in identity and access management

Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.

Stay up-to-date on current IAM threats and industry solutions

Maintain a safe working environment

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science with focus on Cybersecurity or closely related field

Skills/Experience:

2+ years of experience in identity and access management or a related field

Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP) certification required

Excellent communication and project administratoin skills

Strong analytical skills

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with database concepts and relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL
