Position Description:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Industrial, Commercial, Energy (ICE) Team to improve infrastructure in our Pittsburgh office. Candidates must have a high school diploma, and 3 or more years of related experience. A background in sales, customer service and project management is preferred. Individuals must be organized, self-motivated, able to follow up when needed and able to work well with others. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 30 days of employment.

Typical responsibilities include:

Serve as main point of contact for multiple Project Managers and clients

Develop project status reports and report project status to various project teams

Coordinate meetings with multiple gas clients

Obtain permits and/or speak with permit agencies

Work efficiently to keep projects on schedule

Assist with project administrative tasks such as project scheduling, documenting project status meetings, and collecting project related metrics

Attend client, staff, and project meetings

Maintain a safe working environment

Education:

High school diploma or GED required

Skills/Experience

3 or more years of related experience required

A background in sales, customer service, and project management is preferred
