Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Inside Shop Machinists for projects located in Newport News, VA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $37.31/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Operate Manual and/or NC machines
• Working wth lathes, mills, horizontal and vertical machining centers

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend complex mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Minimum of 5+ years minimum experience as an Inside Shop Machinist
• Proficient with controllers such as: Fanuc, Siemens, Acramatic, CincinnatiMilacron etc.
• Proficient with threading and the various measuring/gauging
• Familiar with carbide machining processes
