We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales & Project Manager to join the Continental Blower team! This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys combining sales, relationship building, and project management.

Requirements

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Sales Team to identify blower solutions for various applications.
• Help prepare quotations and proposals for internal sales team and external customers.
• Utilize internal product selection tools and quotation tools to generate blower performance output and respective customer proposals.
• Process orders within order management (SAGE) system, along with managing post order project activity.

• Perform project management responsibilities, including, but not limited to working with planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives to make sure project team and operations can complete projects within the budget and schedule.

Key Competencies:

• Inside Sales, proposal generation of mechanical equipment and products, preferred.
• Experience in managing Industrial or Municipal projects, Cradle to Grave, A PLUS.
• Strong Interpersonal skills: ability to connect with internal partners and customer directly.
• Deadline-Oriented, Multi-Tasking capabilities.
• Moving Mechanical Equipment, Industrial Blower and/or Industrial Fan knowledge, a PLUS.
• Understanding bid process, utilization of 3rd party construction project software; for example, Dodge, Construct Connect or Industrial Info Resources, a PLUS.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills:

• Prefer 3-5 years’ experience working for manufacture company within general industrial or municipal markets (wastewater, biogas, mining, vacuum applications) and experience with rotating, air-handling equipment.
• Knowledge of various software tools, including Excel and Word.
• Associate degree in technical field, or related experience working for technical company.

Benefits

Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 Depending on Experience

• Permanent full time position, approximately 40 hours per week.
• In Office position with opportunity for work-at-home option, after a qualifying timeframe.
