What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to HVAC-R products and applications
• Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs
• Enter and process sales orders accurately in our order system
• Coordinate with outside sales reps and OAMs on customer requirements and follow-up
• Resolve customer service issues, including order discrepancies, returns, and delivery questions
• Stay current on our HVAC-R product line
• Support pricing, quoting, and availability inquiries
• Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers through responsive, knowledgeable service

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, technical support, or customer service (HVAC-R or related industry preferred)
• Working knowledge of HVAC-R products and applications, or a strong ability to learn quickly
• Comfortable working with order entry systems and CRM/ERP software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Team player with good judgment under pressure
