The Third Estimate is looking for a killer Inside Sales / Rehash Specialist to work warm, previously quoted leads—homeowners who already showed interest but didn’t buy.
Your job?
Follow up. Rebuild trust. Close the deal.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reworking warm + aged leads (no cold calling)
- Following up with homeowners who didn’t buy the first time
- Handling objections and creating urgency
- Booking appointments or closing deals directly
- Managing a high volume of calls, texts, and follow-ups
- Updating pipeline and notes in CRM
This role is all about second chances = real revenue. Rehash specialists have the potential to be some of the highest earners on the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales ability (inside sales, or rehash experience preferred)
- Home Improvement Sales – a MUST
- Someone who hates losing deals
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- High energy, competitive, and money-motivated
- Comfortable making 50+ calls/texts/emails/day
- CRM experience is a plus
