Installation Managers at Semper Fi Roofing will be a key component in providing our customers with the best experience in the home improvement industry. Excellent and timely service to our customers is of the utmost importance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish
- Work harmoniously with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs
- Identify and mitigate risks to projects, proactively manage and escalate as required
- Oversee and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure projects are completed timely
- Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company processes and standards
- Work closely with homeowners throughout their project to provide excellent customer service
- Review and approve payroll for hourly employees
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required because this position requires regular driving to job sites to meet with homeowners and supervise projects
- Experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in residential roofing, preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
