Te kaupapa o te tūranga – About the role

Hours of work are:

• Monday to Friday 8.5 hours

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being out on the road, getting stuck in, and ensuring operations run smoothly for our customers.

As a Installation Specialist, you’ll be the final touchpoint in our customers’ journeys - delivering and installing appliances in their homes, from fridges and washing machines to ovens and dryers.

Behind the scenes, you’ll be the one coordinating a smooth delivery and setup, making sure their new appliances are ready to use. This role blends hands-on work with great customer service, and you’ll be  key to delivering a seamless experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering and installing appliances safely, efficiently, and with a smile.
• Showing customers how their new products work.
• Removing old appliances and packaging (when requested).
• Keeping your work vehicle clean, stocked, and ready to roll.
• Supporting with warehouse tasks and in-store teams when needed.
• Following health and safety best practices - yours and everyone else’s.

 

 

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

Someone who enjoys variety, doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves, and thrives in a role where no two days are the same. If you're confident at working independently, but also a solid team player when needed. 

You’ll bring:

• Full NZ driver's license.
• Confidence with physical work and manual handling.
• A clear, professional communication style.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• A positive can-do attitude.
• Previous delivery or installation experience is a plus, but not essential.
