Our Drainage Division is hiring Entry-Level Installers to join our team and build a long-term career in the trades.

About the Role:

As a Drainage Installer, you’ll be on the front lines of protecting properties from water damage. Our team installs, maintains, and repairs systems that handle excess water—including storm drains, sewer lines, and complete drainage systems. You’ll work on a variety of job sites solving real problems like flooding, waterlogging, and plumbing failures that impact homes and landscapes.

Typical tasks include:

• Drain and sewer line cleaning
• Pipe repair and replacement
• Installing new drainage systems
• Routine system maintenance
• Working closely with experienced team members to learn the trade

Pay & Schedule:

• Hourly Wage: $22.50 – $25.00, based on experience
• Full-time, Monday – Friday
• Start time: 7:30 AM at our Snohomish location (end time varies based on job completion)
• All tools, equipment, and vehicles provided

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, punctual, organized, and hardworking
• Comfortable driving or willing to learn to drive a 16’ box truck
• Positive attitude and growth mindset
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day

Previous Experience (Preferred, but Not Required):

• Landscaping
• Painting
• Roofing
• Machine Operation
• Construction
• Concrete Work
• Gutter Cleaning

While prior experience in these areas is a plus, it’s not required. We value a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and dedication to quality work!
