Insulator (Grades 4 - 6)

Job Description

The pay range for this position ranges from $33.22/hr - $34.49/hr.

This is a mid-level experience position to work in the Insulation trade. Insulators primarily install various types of insulation on structure, piping, tanks, and ventilation. Insulators may be assigned to any of the I02 trade tasks.

Required/Preferred Education/Training

Preferred – High School Diploma or GED.Preferred – Technical school training in general carpentry

Required/Preferred Experience

Required – More than 1 year experience installing insulation or general carpentry.Required – Must be able to read a tape measure, do basic layout, and perform simple math calculations. Required – Must meet the requirements of the I02 physical task analysis.
