The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to take on a key role in establishing a strong foundation for our insurance operations. Has strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of insurance processes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an **Insurance Agent **, preferably in U.S.-based insurance operations.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with the ** EZLynx insurance management platform** — including quoting, policy management, CRM, reporting, and automation tools.
• Ability to train and demonstrate EZLynx features clearly and effectively to management and team members.
• Strong understanding of **insurance workflows **, including client onboarding, policy renewals, endorsements, and claims tracking.
• Excellent **communication and presentation skills **, with the ability to simplify complex system processes.
• Highly **organized **, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a remote setup.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a fully functional home office setup.
