Position: Staff Accountant

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Salary: R23,000 - R26,000

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and people-focused Intake Coordinator to join our client's growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, enjoys following up with people, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. While previous intake experience is beneficial, the client is placing a much stronger emphasis on finding the right calibre of candidate with excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility. Full training will be provided.

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing

• Follow up with clients regarding their applications and ensure they complete the required steps.
• Keep applications moving by maintaining consistent communication and timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Case Managers to ensure tasks and updates are completed.
• Track outstanding items and see projects through to completion.
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates on application progress.
• Deliver a professional and positive experience during every interaction.
