Our team is looking for an Intake Manager who holds a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, with Medicare or hospice experience. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and a team player. Some of the tasks associated with the position are:

Employee management within the intake department

Scheduling and logistics

Patient referral management

Coordination of referral communication

Patient referral documentation and record keeping

Schedule: 8-hour shift - Monday to Friday

Ideal candidate will live in or around the Calhoun area.

Requirements:

Current active license: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)

Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Hospice: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
