Gruber Law Offices, a premier personal injury law firm located in Milwaukee, is seeking a talented, empathetic, and client-focused individual to join our team as an Intake Specialist.

As an Intake Specialist, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, current clients, and other callers. This position plays an important role in creating a positive experience and ensuring each caller receives professional, compassionate, and helpful service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and gather relevant information from callers
• Use critical thinking and sound judgment to assess information and determine the appropriate next steps
• Transfer callers to the appropriate Firm employee or referral resource
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls
• Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate customer service
• Maintain a positive and helpful experience for every caller
  

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping others, communicates effectively, stays calm in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently assess situations and determine the appropriate course of action. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential.

Position Details

• Location: Remote; candidate must reside in southeastern Wisconsin
• Training: In-office training is required before transitioning to a fully remote position
