Intake Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is key in evaluating new cases, gathering critical information, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process while delivering an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients and gather relevant information to assess case eligibility.

• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to convert prospects into clients.

• Maintain accurate and detailed notes, updating lead status in the system as needed.

• Obtain all necessary signed documentation to successfully retain clients.

• Serve as the first point of contact, providing a professional and welcoming experience.

• Direct prospective clients to the appropriate resources and manage urgent matters efficiently.

• Assist with administrative tasks to support daily firm operations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Previous intake experience or experience working in a law firm.

• Ability to handle and analyze multiple intake calls daily.

• Strong understanding of intake processes with a client-focused and empathetic approach.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.

• High attention to detail and strong writing skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships.

• Experience with FileVine or other legal case management software is a plus.

• Interest in personal injury law and a strong desire to support clients during challenging situations.
