Integration Lead+ Cutover+ Hypercare lead

Valleysoft | Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Integration Lead + Cutover + Hypercare Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the integration efforts across SAP and non-SAP systems, managing cutover planning and execution, and providing hypercare support post-implementation to ensure a smooth transition and system stability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP and enterprise system integrations, excellent project management skills, and hands-on experience in cutover and hypercare activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate integration tasks, cutover activities, and issue resolution during the hypercare phase. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end integration activities across SAP and connected systems
• Manage integration planning, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and readiness across workstreams
• Work closely with functional, technical, data, and business teams to ensure complete integration alignment
• Define, prepare, and manage the cutover plan, including detailed activities, sequencing, roles, and timelines
• Coordinate cutover rehearsals, readiness checkpoints, and deployment planning
• Lead go-live execution onsite, ensuring all cutover activities are completed in line with plan
• Manage hypercare planning and execution, including issue tracking, prioritization, escalation, and resolution follow-up
• Ensure strong coordination between local teams, global program teams, and implementation partners during go-live and stabilization
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies related to integration, cutover, and hypercare, and escalate where required
• Provide regular reporting on readiness, progress, critical issues, and stabilization status"

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Integration Lead, Cutover Lead, and Hypercare Lead within SAP or enterprise system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies and methodologies (e.g., ALE, IDoc, PI/PO, CPI).
• Hands-on experience in developing and executing cutover strategies and managing hypercare support.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in integration, cutover, and hypercare management roles.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and multi-vendor environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address integration and post-go-live challenges.
• Relevant certifications in SAP integration or project management (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate, PMP) are a plus.
