Job Summary

The PTM Lead (SAP PP) will be responsible for leading the Production-to-Manufacture (PTM) workstream for the SAP template roll-out in Egypt, with a focus on Production Planning (PP) processes. This role requires a hands-on functional lead with strong SAP PP expertise and a solid understanding of manufacturing planning, production execution, material staging, and shop floor process integration.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and the central program team to ensure alignment with the global SAP template while supporting local manufacturing requirements, solution validation, testing, deployment, and go-live readiness.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the PTM / PP workstream for the Egypt SAP template roll-out.
• Validate the global template against local production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Work with business stakeholders to confirm process alignment and identify local gaps or operational requirements.
• Support workshops, fit-gap discussions, solution validation, and functional reviews.
• Drive PP activities across testing, defect resolution, cutover preparation, go-live, and hypercare.
• Ensure readiness across key areas including production planning, production orders, MRP, material staging, and manufacturing execution support.
• Coordinate closely with MM, Warehouse, Logistics, Data, Reporting, and Integration teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
• Support business readiness, training, and user adoption for production and manufacturing processes.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies within the PP workstream and escalate where required.
• Provide regular status updates on progress, key decisions, risks, and business impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP PP and/or SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading SAP PP/PTM workstreams or functional teams.
• Proven experience in at least one full SAP implementation or global template roll-out project.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven hands-on SAP PP functional lead experience in implementation or SAP template roll-out programs.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes within SAP.
• Strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, work centers, material staging, and shop floor process flows.
• Experience with SAP configuration, testing, defect analysis, and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with manufacturing, operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Ability to lead functional workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution validation sessions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive execution and deliver results in a fast-paced project environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Good-to-Have Requirements

• Experience in FMCG industry environments.
• Experience in global SAP template roll-out programs.
• Familiarity with MM, Warehouse, Logistics, and Quality Management (QM) integration points.
• Experience coordinating with Data, Reporting, and Integration teams.
• Exposure to plant operations and manufacturing execution activities.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• SAP PP or SAP S/4HANA certification.
