Job Description:
Lead and empower a team of District Managers across a designated region, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
Develop and implement regional strategies, aligning them with the Intel Program’s overarching vision and optimizing program impact across your domain.
Coach and mentor your District Managers, helping them reach their full potential and build high-performing teams that effectively support retailers and consumers.
Champion innovative uses of Intel products in retail, driving the adoption of cutting-edge solutions and experiences that enhance learning outcomes in your region.
Analyze regional data, including sales KPIs, customer satisfaction scores, and program training results, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies accordingly.
Foster a team-centric approach, ensuring equitable access to Intel products and technology integration that empowers learning and success.
Build strong relationships with Retail regional/district leadership, tailoring program offerings and supporting specific needs and trends.
Qualifications:
Possess extensive leadership experience in retail, ideally focusing on technology integration.
Have a proven track record of improving sales outcomes through training and driving program effectiveness.
Excel at strategic thinking and planning, translating vision into actionable regional strategies.
You are a masterful coach and mentor, inspiring and empowering your team to reach their full potential.
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with diverse stakeholders in the retail landscape.
Are a data-driven sales leader, analyzing insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize program impact.
Have a deep understanding of the retail landscape, business trends, and emerging technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Have experience managing multiple teams or regions within the retail sector.
Understand the unique needs and challenges of different retailers within your designated region.
Possesses experience with professional development and training programs for the retail landscape.
