• 12+ yrs of experience in a production support (L1/L2) role within a middleware or integration environment.
• Strong operational knowledge of IBM MQ, including monitoring and troubleshooting in a live environment.
• Experience supporting MQ MFT or similar managed file transfer technologies.
• Experience supporting APIs and API Gateways from an operations perspective.
• Exposure to ESB or integration platforms built on Java‑based open‑source frameworks, from a runtime support standpoint.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform structured diagnostics before escalation.
• Ability to produce clear written communication, including incident updates, handovers, and RCA summaries.
• Comfortable working with Linux systems, logs, and command‑line tools.
• Basic scripting skills (e.g. Bash) beneficial for support and operational tasks.
• Familiarity with FIX protocol specifications and troubleshooting
