Allowance: SGD 650 – SGD 1,800 (dependent on level of education)
Location: Tukang, Singapore

Role overview:
The Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia Customer Care Center plays a vital role within the service department. The team supports customers and service partners in resolving engine-related issues, working to ensure quick engine recovery and minimise equipment downtime. They also perform data analysis, maintain strong client relationships, collaborate with technical teams across multiple countries and manage warranty claims.

What you’ll be doing:

• Contributing to the development of data analytics capabilities by identifying recurring engine issues and recommending proactive solutions to improve engine availability.
• Monitoring engine health using RRPS digital service platform – mtuGo, track newly commissioned engine and connectivity status.
• Assisting in the creation automation and execute scripts to streamline the warranty claim process.
• Supporting daily operations, including monitoring Customer Care Center (CCC) ticket progress, analysing customer satisfaction survey results in the SAP Cloud for Service (C4S) system, and tracking connected assets
• Supporting warranty claims from service partners.

Who we’re looking for:

• Students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a willingness to learn
• Confident and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with automation tools such as Python or Power BI is a plus
• Must be able to work on-site at the Tukang (Jurong) office
