We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our technology team in ongoing initiatives related to data analytics, reporting, and automation. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge or academic exposure in programming fundamentals, databases, Linux, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana. This role requires a foundational understanding of data analysis and dashboarding concepts, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technical environment. The Intern will work closely with the Technology - PS Core team to assist in reporting automation, dashboard development, data analysis, and other related technical activities, contributing to efficient, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What does ‘Intern - Data Analytics & Reporting : Technology’ do?

· Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana.

· Support reporting automation initiatives by writing and maintaining basic Python scripts with good understanding of databases.

· Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis from databases to support team reporting requirements.

· Work with the technology team on Linux-based environments for routine tasks and monitoring activities.

· Assist in identifying trends and insights from data to support decision-making.

· Support documentation of reports, dashboards, and automation processes.

· Collaborate with cross-functional team members to gather reporting requirements and deliver timely outputs.

· Perform other related technical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

· Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field relevant to programming and analytics.

· Basic knowledge or academic exposure to programming fundamentals and databases.

· Familiarity with Python for scripting, data processing, or automation tasks.

· Basic understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line usage.

· Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana.

· Understanding of data analysis and dashboarding concepts.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and analysis.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Willingness to learn new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.

· Hands-on experience in analytics or programming (through projects, coursework, or prior internships) will be preferred.
