Job Description
- Support the Engineering team in developing the Autonomous Maintenance program.
- Learn and understand basic machine and equipment maintenance.
- Support the preparation of Work Instructions and Maintenance Checklists.
- Support preparation of tools and materials for maintenance activities.
- Support the implementation of Autonomous Maintenance SOPs in the Production area.
- Support the Production team in basic machine and equipment maintenance, such as: cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection and tightening (CLIT)
- Identify simple machine problems and develop maintenance task to prevent occurrence.
Requirements
- Student or fresh graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Basic knowledge of machines and maintenance.
- Able to read English technical manuals.
- Experience or internship in FMCG/Manufacturing is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to learn and work in a Production environment.
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
