Job Responsibilities

Provide intern with entry-level experience and knowledge on Mall Operation. Intern will be able to learn day-to-day

functions of a company, department, or position to learn about a career path.

• Assist in ensure the cleanliness of the mall

• Assist and ensure the performance of the Toilet Smart System

• Assist to process E Permit To Work, Visitors Permit Registration and Vehicle Entry Pass.

• Assist to run duty to ensure Mall is in tip top condition.

• Assist to handle feedbacks and incidents

• Run or provide support for any ad-hoc projects assigned

• Liaise with tenants on regular servicing reports and repair work

• Assist in supervising, coordinating, and conducting inspections with service providers on daily routine work, outstanding defects and rectification works.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Currently studying a Diploma or Degree in the relevant discipline

Experience

• No experience required as training will be provided

Other Prerequisites

• Willing to learn

• Willing to work on shifts and weekends

• Excellent communication skills

• Pay attention to details

• Able to work with minimum supervision

• A team player and takes initiative to assist other Team Members when required

• Able to commit to full-time work arrangement from Mondays to Fridays throughout the internship.
