Intern: Product Architecture Design - Mechanical/Mechatronics (Jan to May 2027)

As a Mechanical/Mechatronics Product Architecture Design intern, you will support the development of innovative hearing aid and accessory solutions by transforming concepts into practical designs, prototypes, and validated engineering solutions through CAD software, hands-on prototyping, testing, and data-driven evaluation.

What you will do

• Conceptualize new ideas & develop them

• Design components & sub-assemblies for hearing aids / accessories using CAD software

• Assist engineers in project execution and benchmarking

• Coordinate, prototype samples & assemble them for evaluation

• Test prototypes or new materials for performance & reliability

• Analyze data & compile test outcome into reports.

What you bring

• Currently an undergraduate in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering

• Knowledge or experience with CAD software: Creo, Solidworks or equivalent

• Sufficient background knowledge with Product Development

• Hands-on experience with prototyping & testing, e.g., 3D printing, Machining, Assembly.
