Department Overview

Looking to make a visible impact? In our Digital Transformation team, you won't just write code - you'll reinvent how millions of customers interact with Motorola across our core web platforms, e-commerce engines, and support ecosystems.

We give our engineers true ownership. You’ll participate in every phase: ideation, architecture, implementation, and release, working shoulder-to-shoulder with senior engineers and product leaders to solve tough problems and build meaningful products.

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Front-End Software Engineer to join our Digital eCommerce Team. You’ll work alongside our Product Owner and UI/UX Designers to build high-impact, customer-facing features while maintaining clean, quality code.

We’re looking for a hands-on engineer who thrives across the entire product lifecycle, from pitching ideas and writing code to launching and maintaining scalable features.

Basic Requirements

What You Bring:

• Tech Skills: Solid proficiency in JavaScript and React.
• Engineering Mindset: A strong commitment to clean code, active code reviews, and industry best practices.
• Communication: Fluent English skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Git Version Control: Experienced in managing code and workflows using Git.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Agile Collaboration: Comfortable working in a Scrum environment within a self-organizing team alongside UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA.
