Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production tasks, including: distributing call sheets, managing equipment, facilitating crew communication, ensuring set safety, and supporting crew members, acting as a liaison between departments

• Serve as a production assistant during photography and video shoots: run errands for the production team, including picking up equipment, supplies, and meals

• Coordinate and facilitate external productions and shoots, including handling logistics and ensuring proper onboarding and dismissal of crew in accordance with Marina Bay Sands protocols

• Attend scheduled departmental meetings, briefings, and production discussions

• Contribute ideas to improve the Visual Media production workflow and function

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Must be a full-time matriculated student.

• Internship must be recognized as part of school graduation requirements.

Experience

• No prior experience required. Training will be provided.

Other Prerequisites

• Strong communication skills

• Background in media production or related academic disciplines

• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

• Detail‑oriented

• Able to work both independently and under direction

• A proactive team player who takes initiative

• Able to commit to full-time work arrangement from Mondays to Fridays throughout the internship.
