INTERNAL ONLY: QI Field Lead - Greater Charlotte

The Field Team Lead serves as a hands-on leader and subject matter expert in field operations. This role supports daily coordination, ensures quality standards are met, and acts as a resource for technicians in the field. While the Field Team Lead does not have direct reports, they are responsible for setting the tone of professionalism, technical excellence, and collaboration across all teams.

Responsibilities:

• Follow set schedule as determined by Regional/Territory Manager
• Conduct Quality Inspections for new single-family and multi-family homes to ensure the home is 100% ready for the homeowner, marking any items that need attention and creating a punch list.
• Maintain company equipment
• Prepare detailed, professional reports for clients and consult with builders about issues identified.
  Effectively communicate with management and the team on scheduling issues or field related concerns/ideas.
• Support the training and development of field technicians by sharing best practices, safety procedures, and technical tips.
• Report field issues, process inefficiencies, and safety concerns to management for review and resolution.
