About this role

The International Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by nurturing existing customer relationships and securing new placements across international retail channels and distribution markets. This role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Game Development, Design, Production, Logistics, and Marketing, to deliver against revenue and margin objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Take ownership of revenue growth within current key accounts while identifying and developing new markets and channels.
  • Develop and execute a business and marketing plan to deliver against annual revenue and margin goals. Create sales forecasts, manage the assigned budget, and track risks and opportunities.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities by researching and generating sales leads. Onboard, manage, and secure optimal placement with new customers. Negotiate pricing and terms, and provide strategy, assortment, and go-to-market recommendations.
  • Present and pitch new and upcoming product releases to both new and existing customers. Build and maintain compelling sales presentations.
  • Develop and implement promotional and retail marketing strategies tailored to customer needs, product performance, and sales objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to a defined portfolio of accounts and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Stay informed on trends within the toy and game industry, including consumer needs and behaviors, through competitor and market analysis. Provide recommendations and insights on international business needs to Management and Game Development teams.
  • WHAT WE NEED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience in Account Management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust with customers.
  • Proactive mindset with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and the ability to efficiently convert them into results.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a problem-solving orientation. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities. Fluency in English is required. Professional proficiency in French is preferred. Knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, driving performance through self-motivation while inspiring others to achieve shared goals.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
