Culinary Arts Institute at Varna University of Management is one of the manyculinary institutetrying to fulfill their students’ dreams of working with thebest of the best chefsaround the world, of gaining experience in cooking in theMichelin-starred top restaurants worldwide, of creating masterpieces, of practicing the culinary art and travelling around the world.

We offer Bachelor’s degree programmes (available from September 2017) under the business name Culinary Arts Institute – Gastronomy and Culinary Arts (3 years, 6 semesters for professional Bachelor Degree) and Hospitality and Culinary Arts (4 years, 8 semesters – Bachelor Degree.

Essential responsibilities:

Work with students, assist them when needed;

Help the students with needed documents related to their residence in Bulgaria if they are foreign students, and applying for a visa for the internship;

Explains the Internship program steps well to the students;

Take care of their Career management subject;

Take care of the whole documentation related to sending the students on internships;

Maintain a very good contact with the employers who accept the students on internship and work for widening of the network of partners - Michelin restaurants and hotel restaurants;

Maintain an excellent communication to all the parties involved in one internship - employer, student, Erasmus + program if that`s the case.

Report directly to the Program director.

As a candidate you should:

Be passionate about working in a multicultural environment;

Hold Diploma - preferably in Psychology;

Perfect communication skills both English and Bulgarian;

Good understanding MS Office and other Internet and computer tools knowledge;

Self-motivated with good organizational skills; detail-oriented;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Positive and can do attitude.
