Internship – Digital Verification & Generative AI Support (m/f/d)

We are looking for a student in the greater area of Graz who would like to support our Digital Design team part-time, next to their studies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support digital verification activities using advanced Generative AI technologies and methodologies.

• Develop and optimize AI-assisted workflows for verification.

• Create prompts, automation scripts, and AI-based solutions to improve productivity and accuracy.

• Analyze verification data and generate insights using AI-supported techniques.

• Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and documentation for verification activities.

Your Profile:

• Ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering, Information and Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or similar

• Experience with AI frameworks, APIs, or automation tools.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, willing to learn and ready to take on problems

• Knowledge of programming languages such as SystemVerilog or Python is beneficial

• Solid English skills (speaking and writing)

• Team player and eager to develop best in class products

• Availability around 8-20 hours/week, duration over 6 months

Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.800,- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
