About the job

The Americas Marketing Team is looking for an intern to support PR campaigns, media relations, agency meetings and vendor management, in a fast paced and highly integrated team operating in the Latina America region. Initiatives are mainly carried out in Brazil although the team collaborates regionally.

As an Intern you will:

• Support Public Relations (PR) efforts developing documents such as spokespersons biographies, media kits, etc.
• Support social media campaign efforts, developing graphic materials and utilizing tools for social media amplification on our SAS LATAM channels.
• May participate in agency meetings.
• Share media coverage (clipping) internally.
• Support PR and social media reports elaboration.
• Create marketing internal newsletters that communicate upcoming events and campaigns to sales teams and others.
• Create account specific materials, such as newsletters, invitations, event materials.
• Provide event support and logistics such as location scouting, pre-event planning, on-site logistics and post event analysis.
• Manage and track vendor contracts and campaign details within our systems.
• Help produce webinars for our audience of prospects, using the On24 webinar platform.

Required qualifications

• Journalism, Communications, Marketing student from 2nd semester onwards.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (advanced level)
• Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

Additional competencies, knowledge and skills

• Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish (intermediate level)
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communications skills
• With notions of / exposure to storytelling
• Design capabilities

• Bolsa-auxílio: R$ 1.950,00 / mês
