Internship - French Communication & Content Marketing (Berlin-based)

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Product Management: You create and maintain valuable content for our product on our platform as part of our content team (travel & camp descriptions, FAQ, select fitting images to visually promote our camps)
• Digital Marketing Management: You work with our main online marketing channels (SEO, GEO, social media, newsletters) and analyse the campaigns with professional tracking tools
• Customer Communication Management: You work well-structured and goal-oriented in our customer service (in French), with customers who want to book a camp or have already booked via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp
• Partner Management: You stay in contact with our camp operators on a daily basis to ensure the flow of processes

Your profile

• Organizing, intercultural communication and working with people are your passion
• You are motivated and want to generate awareness for our product and brand
• You like writing and editing texts, with a strong sense for details
• You are able to write creatively, originally and to the point
• You are fluent in French and English
• You want to develop a career in an intercultural environment
• Knowledge of other languages (German, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) is a plus
• The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/ university program for minimum duration of 4 months
• Even if you don't yer meet all the profile criteria, don't hesitate to apply if you are willing to develop new skills
• Bonus: You attended a holiday camp - as a participant or as a counselor and/or watched "Nos jours heureux"
