What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Planning & Execution: support the planning, development, and execution of wealth and affluent marketing campaigns across various channels
- Stakeholder & Agency Management: collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to coordinate campaign deliverables and ensure smooth execution
- Campaign Management: track campaign timelines, monitor milestones, and support the timely delivery of marketing initiatives
- Compliance & Governance: work with relevant stakeholders to ensure marketing materials and campaign collateral comply with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
- Campaign Setup & Performance Monitoring: assist in campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Customer Engagement: support initiatives that drive customer engagement, deepen customer relationships, and create opportunities for cross-sell and upsell
- Market & Competitor Research: conduct competitive analysis and research on trends within the digital wealth and investment landscape to support strategic decision-making
- Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on other marketing, customer engagement, and business growth initiatives as assigned

Global Consumer Financial Services helps individuals and businesses achieve their financial aspirations through innovative banking, wealth, and investment solutions. Within Marketing, the Wealth & Affluent Marketing team is responsible for developing customer-centric campaigns that promote wealth products, deepen customer engagement, and support business growth across key customer segments.
You'll work alongside experienced marketers, product specialists, relationship teams, and external partners, gaining valuable exposure to how marketing strategies, customer insights, and business objectives come together to drive growth in a leading financial institution.
