We are looking for interns to join our team in the following areas:
1. Recruitment (Blue-Collar Hiring)
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for Blue-Collar roles.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including administrative tasks and associate record management.
2. Training & Development
- Assist in preparing training materials and presentations.
- Support training scheduling and participant communication.
- Employee training records and attendance tracking.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including administrative tasks.
3. Employee Services
- Assist with uniforms, welcome gifts, and birthday gifts to associates.
- Assist with Company Transport and Hostel audits arrangement.
- Support "Employee Discount Programme"
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including administrative tasks.
4. Deployment Business Excellence
- Assist in 5S training, assessments, audits and other related activities.
- Poster design, prepare communication materials, and provide translation services including video recording & editing.
- Reporting.
- Analyze Idea Management reports and follow up with line leaders on submissions.
- Support forums, events and workshops (online or on-site)
- Assist in administrative duties, projects and additional tasks assigned.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Public Relation/Business Management or a related field.
Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eager to learn and develop new skills in a corporate environment.
Able to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Additional Information
- Internship positions available for intake starting January 2026 onwards.
- Applicants must include the internship start and end dates in the application.
- Open to Local Students who are required to complete an internship as part of their academic program.
