Internship Packaging Engineering & Medical Devices – 6 Months | Start Spring 2027

Your Mission

At Stryker, your work helps make healthcare better. During this Packaging Engineering Internship in Medical Devices, you will support the development, testing and improvement of packaging solutions that protect medical technology products and help ensure they reach healthcare teams safely and reliably. You will gain hands-on experience in a MedTech internship environment, work with experiencedengineersand contribute to meaningful projects with real-world impact.

What You'll Do

• Support the integration of new products into existing packaging systems for medical technology products.

• Contribute toinnovative packaging solutions based on user needs and packaging development methods.

• Assistwith packaging tests to verify andvalidatedesign concepts.

• Support prototype and production part testing, including preparation,setupand documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing packaging concepts and develop new solutions.

What You'll Bring

• Currently enrolled in aMaster’s degreeprogram inEngineering(Mechanical Engineering,BiomedicalEngineering,Materials Engineering, IndustrialEngineeringetc),Packaging Technology,Product Design, orrelatedfield.

• Completed aBachelor’sdegreeand interest in applying your knowledge in a practical semester or student internship.

• Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Officeapplications.

• Initial experience withCAD, preferablyCreoorSolidWorks, and/or simulation tools such asANSYS, or curiosity to learn them.

• You are confident communicating in English (minimum B2). German language skills (minimum B2) are a plus
