Team Overview
A Semiconductor Maintenance Tech Intern, you will get the chance to gain hands-on experience in maintaining and supporting semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including fixturing, calibration, and system walkdowns
- Support process documentation by helping develop and update manufacturing process records
- Perform equipment startups and validations under supervision, ensuring compliance with semiconductor manufacturing standards
- Document maintenance activities and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Work in cleanroom or restricted-access areas following strict safety and contamination control protocols
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve equipment problems and improve process efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate program in mechatronics, robotics, engineering technology or related technical programs.
- Foundational knowledge of concepts, tools, or methods relevant to the internship (Mechanical proficiency with the ability to understand and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
- Basic knowledge of AC/DC circuits and electrical fundamentals.
- Intermediate PC skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and cleanroom protocols
- Demonstrated ability to apply classroom learning through coursework, projects, laboratory work, research, or other relevant experience.
- Available for the full internship period.
