About this role
Short title
Build brand communities on social media
Introduction
You love social media, notice every detail, and get a real kick out of seeing brands show up consistently and with impact. As a Social Media Intern at Pulse, you support the daily social operations for global brands, from editorial planning and scheduling to community management and influencer campaigns. You work closely with our Social Media and Influencer Marketing Managers and learn how great social is built on precision and strong client relationships as much as on creativity. If you are ready to build a solid foundation in a fast-paced, international agency, we'd love to hear from you.
Your tasks
- You plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms based on editorial calendars, making sure every post is accurate, on time, and true to each brand's tone of voice.
- You manage daily community interactions, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions with care and building meaningful relationships between brands and their communities.
- You support the Influencer Marketing team on campaigns from development through to execution, helping keep every step organised and on track.
- You monitor social channels every day, spotting trends, conversations, and cultural moments relevant to the brands you work on.
- You collaborate closely with the wider team, contributing ideas in editorial planning sessions and helping ensure smooth, timely delivery across all work streams.
Your skills
- You have gained first experience through internships or working student roles in social media, influencer marketing, PR, or digital marketing.
- You stay exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, and from captions and emojis to posting times and deadlines, nothing slips through before it goes live.
- You live social media, speak the language of each platform, and turn trends and cultural moments into relevant, timely content ideas.
- You use AI tools with curiosity and confidence to research, draft, and work more efficiently, and you are eager to learn new ones.
- You communicate clearly, take initiative, and bring our values to life: you challenge norms, stay hands-on, compete to win, and protect your team.
Our Benefits
- Time to pack your bags for Paris, London, Milan, Hamburg or Berlin: you’re welcome to work abroad from any of our office locations
- We love to see you grow: our careers coach is on hand for one-to-one coaching sessions and team workshops
- We work hard and play hard, bringing our global team together to collaborate, learn from one another and celebrate our successes
- Don’t fancy the office today? Our hybrid remote policy lets you work from home two days a week
- Keep your commute to a minimum: you’ll find all our offices right in the city centre
- For motivational high-paws and comforting cuddles, your four-legged friend is absolutely welcome at our offices
