Technical Knowledge

1. 6+ Years of hands-on experience with Intune enterprise environments
2. Expertise in Intune features like Autopilot, Remediation, Device Management, Configuration profile & Compliance Management
3. Experience with Entra ID
4. Proficient in PowerShell Scripting.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Windows 11 Operating System Management
6. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
7. Provide technical support to L3 issues in the service area
8. Responsible for technical & functional documentation related to service area
9. Knowledge of Power BI

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
