About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to join our Brisbane team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate stock management, supporting production, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across raw materials and finished goods
- Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams
- Monitor stock movements and ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain inventory records and reporting systems
- Maintain Bill of Materials and Work Order review
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse
About You
- Previous experience in an Inventory Controller or similar role within manufacturing or warehousing
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
- Solid understanding of stock control processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
