We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Fulfillment Associate to support our fast-growing eCommerce operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth order processing, and strong coordination with warehouse partners. You will be responsible for monitoring stock accuracy, overseeing fulfillment performance, and regularly visiting our warehouse partner to align operations on the ground.


Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and turnover rates to reduce aging inventory and minimize waste.
  • Implement and monitor FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory practices.

Fulfillment Coordination

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound order flows, ensuring accurate and on-time fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status to reduce dropouts and cancellations by identifying root causes and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Commercial, Customer Service) to ensure fulfillment alignment with campaign timelines and customer expectations.

Warehouse Partner Management

  • Act as a key contact point for daily communication and coordination with our third-party warehouse partner.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to the warehouse to:
  • Oversee physical inventory processes.
  • Address operational gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Ensure service quality and timelines are met

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Generate and analyze inventory and fulfillment reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Support the development and enforcement of standard operating procedures for inventory control and fulfillment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics (eCommerce experience is a plus).
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and workflows, experience building or coordinating small AI-powered applications, custom agents, or automation scripts is a plus; a genuine interest in driving AI adoption within operational teams is essential.
  • Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable with regular warehouse site visits and hands-on problem solving.
