AI is part of how we work. We use approved AI tools to support research, organize and synthesize information, develop and refine written materials, assist with analysis, and improve repeatable tasks. We expect practical proficiency with AI tools and the ability to apply them responsibly to research and analytical work. You should be able to structure a task, supply useful context, refine prompts and outputs, and explain how you checked the resulting work.
