Investor Relations Intern - January 2027 I Zurich

Our Zurich Office employs more than 40 people across investment, investor relations and further teams. The modern office is situated at Bahnhofstrasse, next to Paradeplatz.

The role

The Intern will directly work with Ardian’s relationship managers for Swiss investors. Typical tasks include:

• Supporting Ardian’s Investor Relations professionals in developing and maintaining client relationships and fundraising activities in Switzerland
• Coordination of fundraising materials within the Ardian group (e.g., product/investment teams)
• Market intelligence and research on Swiss investor landscape
• Organizing and preparing events and other PR activities
• Tailoring materials to produce convincing, top-quality client presentations
• Administrative tasks such as client documentation and management reporting
• Own value-add projects and initiatives

Required skills

The ideal candidate should bring:

• Client-oriented approach and high quality standards

• Keen interest in private markets
• Ability to create convincing content; data visualization skills would be a plus
• Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
• Reliable team player with strong interpersonal competencies
• Good knowledge of MS-Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Excellent skills in German and English (verbal and written); French skills are a strong plus

Profile

• Final-year university student or recent graduate (Bachelor/Master) in Business, Finance or a related field
• Relevant work or internship experience in the financial services industry, consulting, marketing or a related field
• Domiciled and eligible to work in Switzerland

As Intern you are an integral part of Ardian’s Investor Relations team in Switzerland, which is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting partnerships with Swiss investors.
