We are seeking a driven and passionate IP Customer Program Manager (within the Product Group) to join our team, highly skilled in project and customer relationship management as well as executive communication. Experience with Compute IP products with a background in Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerator, subsystem IPs, or GPU IPs from a customer focused perspective is preferred. As an IP Customer Program Manager, you will be responsible for aligning the strategy and development of the customer journey with our IP products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Technical Program Management, Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, and Sales, to ensure the delivery of world-class Accelerated Compute IP solutions that meet customer requirements and drive business growth
This role is hybrid, based out of Austin, TX, Fort Collins, CO, Santa Clara, CA or Toronto, ON.

Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- You bring five or more years of customer program management experience, ideally supporting IP products or semiconductor technologies.
- You have experience in CPU, SoC, or silicon development as an engineer, technical lead, or program manager, and can engage comfortably with technical teams.
- You can translate technical details into clear status, dependencies, trade-offs, and executive-ready updates; you’re organized, proactive, and follow open items through to resolution.
- You understand the semiconductor and compute IP landscape. Experience with Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerator, subsystem, or GPU IP—and AI inference or training technologies—is preferred. You’re familiar with tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Confluence.
What We Need
- Own day-to-day coordination and communication between customers and IP Product and Engineering teams.
- Align product milestones, deliverables, and customer engagement plans with product strategy and the signed statement of work.
- Coordinate architects, design teams, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver agreed actions and commitments.
- Establish and maintain program plans, goals, tracking processes, and customer service-level agreements, including turnaround times and escalation paths.
- Lead program reviews, communicate status and risks to senior leaders and stakeholders, identify improvement areas, and drive corrective actions. Use AI tools where they can improve program processes.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
