REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates should be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
- A Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Chemistry, or a related discipline is required.
- Experience in a law firm is desirable.
- Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, as well as outstanding organizational and communication skills (written and oral)
- Candidates should possess leadership skills, be comfortable working directly with clients and work well with others.
- Candidates must be admitted to the patent bar, and associate candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts Bar.

Candidates will have a strong technical background in the biological sciences and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, evaluating patent portfolios, and performing due diligence investigations.
