As an Innovation Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of innovation, renovation, and roll-out projects, driving ideas from concept through commercialization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver successful launches, ensuring projects meet business objectives, market timelines, quality standards, cost targets, and customer expectations, while achieving seamless on-time delivery to market.About You
As an IPRO Manager, you will be doing the following:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, evaluation, and execution of multiple innovation, renovation, and roll-out projects with a high level of ownership.
- Assess project feasibility by evaluating technical, operational, financial, timeline, customer service, and risk considerations, while defining clear launch success criteria.
- Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and cross-functional decision points.
- Drive alignment and integration of project activities across functions, teams, and sites to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead cross-functional commercialization teams, managing project scope, cost, timing, quality, and issue resolution to achieve successful launches.
- Facilitate project governance and communication, supporting key business decisions and stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor project financials, risks, performance metrics, and post-launch evaluations, ensuring continuous improvement and corrective actions when needed.
- Leverage project management tools, processes, and supply chain/business expertise to deliver projects on time and meet customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting within project management systems.
- Coach, train, and oversee project coordinators or activity managers when required.

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 4-5 years of project management experience, preferably in FMCGs
- Strong Business Acumen
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- PMP Certification (ideally already certified, or committed to obtain certification in the role), certification in Agile project management a plus
