IT Admin Manager

SAAS based product company -

The Information Technology Manager has responsibility for the overall direction, supervision, scheduling, training, development and evaluation of all staff regarding information technology. The position serves as a central point of contact to complete end user and management requests in regards to problems or implementation at all user levels. The IT Manager will provide leadership in the allocation of IT resources while also providing ongoing training and support for these resources. Applies understanding of computer software and hardware to diagnose problems, determine appropriate course of action, provide complete follow through to successful resolution.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Technology preferred or Associate Degree in equivalent field of study with relevant work experience

In-depth knowledge and working experience in IT Services and Technologies: Windows Services, Virtualization, Network Administration, Server and Storage, Desktop/Workstation Administration, Database, Telephony (Avaya, Cisco, etc. and Call Center Management Functions), Production Support (Application Monitoring and Management, Source Configuration Management), Data Center Management, Corporate Helpdesk

 Strong Customer Services orientation with a strong ability to develop partnership at various levels

 Self-motivated with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Technology preferred or Associate Degree in equivalent field of study with relevant work experience
