IT Business Analyst

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to be a part of our wallet & banking platform team.

Job responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Partners to understand and document business needs, translating them into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams
• Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose technology-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
• Work closely with the technical teams to design and implement solutions that address business requirements while ensuring scalability and efficiency
• Provide support during implementation and rollouts of new systems.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system specifications, user stories
  Act as the primary point of contact between the business and technical teams, ensuring that both sides are aligned in terms of objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Work with QA teams to ensure that the developed solutions meet the business requirements and that proper testing is done before deployment.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT-focused environment or a related role.

• Experience with cloud-based systems and integration technologies.

• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.

• Strong understanding of both business processes and IT systems, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to break down complex issues into clear, actionable steps.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Familiarity with IT systems, databases, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and communicate complex information in a simple and effective manner.
• Highly dedicated, proactive, and results-oriented professional with strong ownership and initiative-taking abilities.
